Roles and responsibilities
Carry out the process of hiring (recruitment, selection, evaluation), according to the needs and to the defined procedures, in the assigned area.
Selecting and/or attending to suppliers in their field, carrying out the negotiation and coordination in case of acceptance.
EMPLOYEE ORIENTATION, ON-BOARDING AND INDUCTION SCHEMES
Answer all the employee questions and deliver solutions to their problems
Collaborate actively in the definition of job descriptions
Follow up the on-boarding process of new employees, to ensure they are properly equipped and are introduced to the company's strategy, products, key employees and rules/procedures
Supervise labour relations, intervening in the different processes (employment contracts, agreements, forecasts, etc.)
Manage employee requests e.g. holiday, overtime
Exit Interviews: follow up the exit process of employees
Create a collaborative atmosphere with all employees
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYEES
To analyse and identify the main training needs together with those responsible for the different departments.
Implement and monitor the established training and development plan.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
Define, lead, implement and maintain the Prevention Management System, coordinating the necessary actions in all areas
Participate in the preparation and implementation of the annual preventive plan and activities.
Promote and organise training and information activities in risk prevention and health surveillance, as well as participating in the identification of specific needs.
Take care of all Health & Safety actions that ensure the working conditions for our employees are optimal.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISALS & TALENT DEVELOPMENT
Actively participate in the implementation of the system for performance appraisal and performance management
Lead the implementation of the Talent Development Policy
PAYROLL, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Responsible for the whole process of hiring, contract and payroll administration for all employees
Lead the definition, implementation of all processes, practices and intervention related to salaries, incentives, bonuses, salary in kind, payroll, and any other aspect related to remuneration, including salary reviews
University degree and/or Masters in Business, Psychology, Social Studies, Human Resources.
Further formal accreditation in Occupational Health & Safety
Knowledge of sector-product-market
Health & Safety
Generalist HR functions Skills
Upper-Intermediate (Office software)
Spanish: highly desirable
