A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Manager to cover a 9 month FTC in Birmingham City Centre

The role and responsibilities
-You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of HR Business Partners with clear work loads
-Motivating and engaging the team to be able to deliver an efficient and effective HR service
-Responsible for delivering allocated projects and leading the Business partners to ensure the delivery of projects
-Coach and mentor team members on complex and high profile ER matters
-Lead on, actively influence, support and improve core HR initiatives, policys and processes, working with colleagues across the group
-Manage and support the delivery of regular reports and trend analysis to the management teams
-Shape and manage the HR strategic risk register
-Deputise for the head of HR as required
-Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business

To be considered for this role you must have HR Management or Senior HR Business partner experience
-MCIPD qualified or evidence of relevant experience working in HR and development
-Operating at a senior HR BP level with a customer base of 500 plus
-Successful in management and leadership of a HR Business partnering team
-Management and delivery of strategic and tactical HRD
-Experience in working with projects such as engagement, culture and change, reward and benefits, restructure

The company are offering a salary of £50,000-£55,000 with full time hours and a fantastic benefit scheme
