Our client is a Technology company looking for a HR Manager (12 mth FTC, possibility to go Permanent). Based in Worcestershire, they are an international Technology company with approx. 50 employees.
This is a standalone position for a HR Professional that is confident to act as sole adviser to the Senior Leadership Team and take on all HR responsibilities for the business.
It is a friendly working environment, a full HR Generalist role managing all aspects of HR including Recruitment, managing all HR processes in the end to end employee lifecycle, Performance Management, HR Advisory, Family Friendly, Salary and Benefits reviews as well as managing all day to day queries from employees. The role also involves advising the Senior Leadership team from a HR perspective, helping the company hit growth plans over 12 months and managing any HR projects.
As well as looking after all HR duties in the business you would also be responsible for assisting the finance team with payroll, invoices, answering any pay queries from employees.
You will also be driving compliance for the company as part of a committee and managing general office management duties.
This is a role for an experienced HR Manager with the ability to manage generally office duties as well as all day to day HR queries, work closely with the senior leadership team and be a friendly, approachable HR representative for employees in the business.
Ideally you will have experience of working in the Technology sector, in a similar size organisation, and a standalone HR Manager role. Please note, due to the location of the business applicants must have a driving licence/access to a car.

While this role is a 12 month FTC, there may be the possibility for the role to be made permanent.
