Job Description

Title: HR and H&S Administrator Location: Carmarthenshire

This role incorporates HR and H&S. Reporting to the HR manager assisting with all administrative relating to human resources and health & safety.

* Monitor and update the company systems

* Plan and organise HSE training schedules

* Maintain records for Accident Investigation, Training, Inspections and Audits

* Ensure compliance with national standards and legislation

* Collect HSEQ data and generate required reports and presentations

* Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

* Maintain HR System for all staffing matters

* Generalist HR Duties including ER and recruitment

* Monitor internal audit schedule

* Diary management

* Assist in planning of meeting.


* Strong organisation and time management skills

* Experience of Health and Safety or Human Resources

* Excellent Microsoft Office skills

* Attention to detail

* Good communication skills

* Ability to work alone as well as in a team
