A West Midlands NHS Trust are seeking to appoint an interim HR Business Partner who is experienced in medical workforce and recruitment.
To ensure robust policies, systems and processes are in place in regard to the above and that a professional, proactive and quality service is provided;
The post holder will work proactively with the Associate Directors of Operations, Clinical Directors, Medical Director and senior medical leads to support the forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the medical workforce, embedding good HR practice and ensuring an appropriate response to legal and other requirements in relation to the medical workforce;
To lead on designated operational and/or Trust-wide HR/Medical Staff developments as agreed with the Head of People and Culture and/or Deputy Director People and OD and other key stakeholders, that might be highly complex and sensitive e.g., roll out of new terms and conditions;
To work closely with the Senior HR People Partners and Learning and OD Leads in developing Workforce initiatives that create and add value to the business and performance of the Trust;
The post holder will lead on designated Trust wide medical workforce initiatives as agreed with the senior management team;
Provide day to day oversight and leadership to the Medical Staffing Team, to deliver an effective, efficient, responsive and high-quality medical staffing service.
CIPD Qualified (or equivalent experience)
Significant NHS medical staffing experience working in HR or as part of a Medical Directorate.
Significant knowledge and experience of medical pay, terms and conditions for all grades
Expert knowledge of the 2016 junior doctor term and conditions
