A leading distribution business is seeking a HR Business Partner to join at this highly exciting time! Based in Coleshill – with some travel across satellite sites - with responsibility for 150 employees in a standalone capacity, you will provide a comprehensive generalist service to this diverse internal customer base.
The role will be twofold; firstly you will deal with all site based business-as-usual issues, with a focus on issues that traditionally arise from within a blue collar workforce. Secondly, with a real appetite and desire for change, you will be at the forefront of this, driving a cultural shift across the business, increasing the capability of Line Managers, and ensuring the HR agenda is in line with the business agenda.
As HR Business Partner you will be a Strategic Partner, a Change Agent, a Subject Matter Expert and a Voice of the workforce.
To be considered for this role you will:
Have an excellent knowledge of Employment Law;
Be a true Generalist, having worked in both a strategic and operational capacity;
Have experience of working as a commercially focused HR Business Partner, coaching Line Managers to ensure they are better placed to deal with their own People issues;
Have driven a Change agenda, with a commercial understanding of the impact your involvement has had on the bottom line of the business;
Have worked within a fast paced industry.
