HR Business Partner
£35,000 - £40,000

An internationally established engineering business is seeking a highly capable HR Business Partner to provide a complete generalist HR service to a diverse internal customer base.

Working from Head Office, and joining a newly formed HR team, you will act as a first point of contact for all HR queries from UK-based employees.

Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing recruitment activity, working closely with Line Managers in terms of forecasting, planning and headcount projection;
• Utilising data to produce reports around turnover, attrition, absence, salaries etc.;
• Employee Relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, investigations etc.;
• Proactively developing Line Manager capability through the delivery of training around policies, processes, procedures etc.;
• Talent Management;
• Employee Engagement;
• Managing changes to T&Cs/contracts e.g. starters, leavers, promotions and liaising with payroll accordingly.

This is a unique time to be joining both the business and a newly established HR team, and as such this role will allow you to put your own stamp on HR and how it is delivered to the business.
