My client, is a leading Professional Services firm with a global presence, operating across Europe and North America, they are looking to hire a HR Business Partner (12 mth FTC) for the London based city office to start ASAP.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership team and in a matrix structure as well the wider business, the purpose of this role is to provide full HR Generalist support to the London offices (circa headcount 300).
This role requires an experienced HR Business Partner with a strong HR Generalist background and the ability to work in an operational and strategic capacity. This is an opportunity to influence and work closely with the Senior Leadership Team of a Global Consultancy, managing and advising stakeholders across the business.
As a HR Business Partner, you will be taking on and shaping the HR agenda in the business units advising the heads of department on key HR objectives while also providing guidance to employees on day to day HR queries. You will be involved in developing change management strategies, translating into development activities and resource and culture plans. You will be responsible for in all general HR duties including Performance Management, Career Management, Succession Planning, ER, Health and Wellbeing, Resourcing and Global Mobility.
The successful HR Business Partner must have experience providing first class HR support within a commercial environment and have a proven track record of delivering results.
