Smart Teachers are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced HR Assistant to join an Ofsted “Good” School in Redbridge.

The role
Smart Teachers is recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant at a lovely mainsteam school in an easily accessible location in Redbridge..

Provide administrative support to the HR Department
Assist with systems and processes to ensure that information and data for the monthly payroll is accurate
Work as part of an integrated central service support function including MIS, Finance and Payroll functions
Assist in the Recruitment process and compliance procedures.
Provide general administrative support for the school e.g. photocopying, filing, complete standard forms, diary management
Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date
The school
The school has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted and we have received extremely positive feedback from staff who have worked there before. More specifically, positive feedback is usually related to how friendly and welcoming the SLT are. The leadership team are mindful of ensuring that all the staff are looked after and there are many opportunities to progress within the school with the regular CPD courses. Situated nicely between easily accessible train stations.
