Based at the Redditch office with free parking the HR Assistant will be working within a team of 3 people you will be responsible for the following:-
Payroll- collating and validating 3 monthly payrolls for processing, producing monthly payroll and pension reports. Managing annual year end processes including P35 and P11ds.
Maintenance of accurate employee files, HR Database (Peoplesoft) and other spreadsheets and databases ensuring our records are up to date at all times in line with business and legislative requirement.
Support with pension administration.
Processing of new starters, leavers paperwork, changes of T&Cs etc.
Company cars – general administration and coordination of the company's fleet, along with communications with car fleet provider; invoice processing.
Support in recruitment of personnel and assist in delivery of induction programme when needed.
Training and Development- Maintaining accurate training records and produce training reports
Safety & environment Administration.
Company Cars- managing the company car fleet including ordering and returning cars.
Assist in the updating of HR policies and procedures
The Successful HR Assistant candidate:-
Must have experience working within a HR Admin/payroll environment
Educated to A Level standard or equivalent.
Understanding of UK employment and Health & Safety legislation
Payroll and tax experience an advantage
IT literate, proficient in all Microsoft Office and/or google chrome tools with advanced Excel skills.
A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
Happy to undertake ongoing training
