Growing at a fantastic rate, this exciting brand has seen an evolution of its product and its team evolve from 80 to close to 200 in around 18 months. With a fantastic industry reputation, the brand are set for greatness.
Due to the increase in staff, the HR team seek further support, with a requirement for an HR Advisor who can support both the HR Manager and also the Executive team on a range of duties, to include:
- General HR Casework
- New starter documentation, checking and setup
- Assistance to Hiring Managers on recruitment
- Performance reviews
- Support to the CEOs EA on administrative matters
This is a great role that will provide a rewarding challenge for the right individual. You will be experienced in HR, with a minimum of CIPD Level 3 and 2+ years experience working in a manufacturing environment. You'll show great diplomacy, a bright and outgoing manner and a strong grasp of HR Policy.
This role will be Hampshire based, but with some travel to other sites from time to time.
