A well-established privately owned organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to operate within a highly experienced HR team in a very fast paced environment. Ideally they are looking for previous experience of someone who can provide professional, expert and consistent practical, hands on advice and support in respect of all HR and Employee Relations (ER) case issues, including: TUPE transfers, company restructures, grievances, disciplinaries, performance, capability, consultation (individual and collective), absence management (short term and long term) and management of employment tribunals.
The successful HR Advisor will be based at their Head Office – on the Birmingham/Coventry border, however the business has offices throughout the UK. Therefor there will be an element of travel, but you will be given advanced warning of where and when this will take place.

To be considered for this role you must:
Currently be operating as a HR Advisor
Be confident in dealing with multiple issues at once, within a fast paced environment
Have a strong ER skillset, having been involved in all aspects of Employee Relations
Have managed TUPE transfers
Intermediate Excel/Word/Outlook skills
Hold a valid driver's licence
