HR Administrator: A graduate calibre, delivery-focused HR Advisor with a highly organised approach is required to provide a standalone HR administration service to a well-established organisation with a global footprint.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the successful candidate will be looking to develop and gain experience within HR as part of a dynamic, fast-moving organisation. Applications from candidates with the drive and determination to develop their skill set and take on more responsibility in the medium term are encouraged.

This global position will provide the unique opportunity for the successful HR Administrator to work across offices based in the UK, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, Australia and USA.

Key Responsibilities

Onboarding process - Setting up projects on project management system (workfront), issuing offer letters, creating employee using HR Software (PeopleHR), ensuring new starter forms are completed and sent to payroll and issuing new contracts
Offboarding Process - Setting up projects on project management system (workfront), removing employee from IT systems and working with payroll to issue leaving documents. General HR Updates including pay updates, promotions/demotions, schedule changes, maternity/paternity leave, sabbaticals & location changes
Manage the company handbook
Managing contract templates
Aligning policies across all offices
Maintaining job descriptions and aligning job roles across offices
Management of company HR system (People HR) & Management of company HR filing system
Updating the company on changes to HR rules and regulations in all territories.
Skills & Experience

1 year of office experience
Relevant HR related degree
A discreet individual who is an excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and time management skills
A proactive and solutions-based attitude
Excellent IT skills, G-Suite preferred
