Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to support in a HR Department? I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator to join a successful and well established company based in Redditch on a temporary basis. The company have free onsite parking, are easily commutable and have professional offices.

Ideally I am looking for someone who has some HR Admin or HR experience for this position. The role will report into the Finance Director so someone who has come from an Accounts or Finance background who may have supported with some HR administration would also be desirable. There will be a handover period for this role.

The salary for this position is £9 per hour but there could be slight movement on this dependant on experience so please APPLY! The role is full time working 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and will be for approximately 8-10 weeks initially. There could be slight flexibility with the working hours to suit.

Duties will include:
*Supporting with HR Admin and general HR function
*Processing holiday and absence
*Assisting with Payroll
*Assisting with the admin for the department, including the recruitment process for example new starter packs, worker checks, contracts
