We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Wednesbury. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding and professional organisation on a 3 month contract

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their organisation on a temporary basis but could offer long term employment for the right candidate

Duties include:
• Maintain and Support the HR department processing starters, leavers and monitoring leave ensuring all staff files are kept up to date
• Produce letters and contracts for new starters within the business and arranging inductions accordingly
• Attend HR meeting, giving out agendas, circulating paperwork and making notes when required
• Collate statistics and produce information reports from spreadsheets and the internal database
• Complete returns to work, with staff members and process any holiday requests
• Be responsible for identifying training needs for staff and then discussing this further with the management team
• Updating of absence records and ensuring all systems are kept up to date
• Supporting with compliance and ensuring that policies and procedure are being carried out correctly


The hours of work: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Pay rate: £10 - £11:50 per hour

This position is a 3 month assignment when a view for an immediate start
