Ideally, you should have experience in public relations and/or human resources. A high level of computer literacy is required. Organisation, time management and the ability to operate with high degree of integrity and maintaining confidentiality is key. They are looking for a confident, literate, customer service focused experienced HR administrator.

Support HR team with any other duties as and when required.
Assist employees with general HR queries.
Maintain employee's and general filing.
handle all queries and produce all requests for employee references.
Ensure final pay and paper work for employees exiting the business is completed, ensuring that the HR and payroll system is updated accurately.

Responsible for key recruitment activities such as ensuring CV's are forwarded to relevant HR business Partner's and the applicants are responded to in a timely manner.
Mange the recruitment inbox.
Preparation of contract and offer letters for new starters and relevant background checks are completed for new employees are completed and followed up.
New starter checklist is completed, including creation of personal file and ensuring relevant documentation is completed.
Posting of adverts on Company careers page and other relevant job sites
Responsible for sending out reminders to line managers in order for them to complete new starter probation reviews ensuring paperwork is completed and returned in a timely manner.

Take responsibility for ensuring the HR system is updated with accurate information ensuring all employees records are maintained.
Run reports for the HR system.
Support the HR administrator in pulling together monthly board reports.
Support the HR team in annual pay review and bonus process by producing all spread sheets and mail merges for process.
Be a key point of contact for the payroll department and for employees relating to their monthly pay and manage the documentation for employees changes in terms of conditions, eg. Salary changes
