Job Description

HR Administrator required on the outskirts of SALISBURY (SP4) for the Employee Services Department providing HR administration and customer service support to employees, managers and external parties.
  • Full-Time
  • Temporary for minimum of 3 months with the possibility to go permanent
  • Monday-Friday 08.30-16.30 or 09.30-17.30
  • £11.00 per hour
  • Free Parking on site

The Job:
The successful HR Administrator will be responsible for:
  • Answering incoming employee related enquiries
  • Undertaking the delivery of the pre-appointment process
  • Providing first line guidance to prospective and current employees, managers and HR
  • Delivering professional customer service to colleagues and external customers
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with Service Level Agreements
  • Inputting data and keeping accurate records of all service requests and actions taken
  • Ensuring all personal documentation is handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act

Requirements:
The HR Administrator will have:
  • Administration and customer service experience
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
  • Confident, professional and calm telephone manner
  • Accurate, organised and proactive approach
  • Good working knowledge of IT Systems and Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP advantageous
  • Able to multi task with changing priorities and use own initiative
  • Must be able to pass security clearance
