Job Description

Pertemps Scotland Ltd are working with our client in Glasgow to recruit for HR Admin Support on a temporary 3 month basis which may be extended. The role has the hourly rate of £(phone number removed) hours per week Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The role will be based at the Lightyear Building near Glasgow Airport. There may be an element of working from home however this is not yet confirmed

Knowledge or experience required:
An administrator to support the daily co-ordination and administration of COVID-19 staff testing
Required to have good communication skills and experience in using excel to support in the daily coordination and administration of COVID-19 staff testing.
Update the Staff COVID-19 Daily Management Information Report
Run the COVID-19 Daily Call list report to establish which staff require test calls
Monitor new episodes of COVID-19 being reported as they come in to the HR system
Maintain the COVID-19 staff call list by monitoring Electronic Employee Support System (eESS) and updating throughout the day
Contact identified staff to arrange testing and provide instructions
Send daily uploads to Portal for staff being tested
Contact staff to capture COVID-19 test outcomes and record outcomes
Contact relevant managers to advise of staff COVID-19 Test outcomes
Audit COVID-19 Related absence, identifying discrepancies in COVID-19 data
Provide weekly COVID-19 reports to key stakeholders
Essential Skills
Excellent organisation skills and aptitude for managing multiple time sensitive tasks to strict deadlines
Ability to work quickly but accurately under pressure, role requires strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience of Microsoft Office (excel, word, outlook)
