Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
Fridays 08:00 - 16:15
£20K - £25K
Luton
(MUST be able to commute to Harlow until 3rd August)

Our client is based in Essex/Luton they are a leading Plant Hire organisation that is continuously growing. With a new site opening in Luton they require the right candidate to work from both locations. They offer a personal one stop solution within the industry and pride themselves on the level of expertise within the company. A range of services within Plant and Tool hire are provided.
The purpose of your role as a service coordinator/administrator is to support the team with organisation of servicing, repairs and inspections with PPS.
You will also be responsible for the management of timesheets this involves liaising with all departments such as Plant Fitters.

Duties
  • General administration duties within the office
  • Scheduling of servicing and periodic inspections with PPS and customer equipment
  • Compliance duties - PUWER & LOLER regulations
  • Ensuring machine certificates are maintained - upkeep duties
  • Invoicing duties - Customer management
  • Managing warranty periods
  • Ensuring correct KPI's are inputted - keeping records of breakdowns
  • Ensuring employee training is organised
  • Scheduling work programme alongside the foreman
  • Stock check - ordering spares
  • Managing stock check levels
  • Liaising with customers following breakdowns - courtesy calls
  •  Able to gain additional service work
  •  Quotations for customers referencing future work
  •  Able to upsell PPS offerings
  •  Promote company values at all times

  • Requirements
  • Previous experience within managing customers
  • Experience in communicating with Engineers
  • Must have Plant or Tool hire experience
  • IT literate
  • Use of various hire systems
  • Full UK driving licence
