Blue Arrow are looking for an experienced Helpdesk Operator based in Newcastle. That can work Monday to Friday between the hours of 7-5pm and paying £10.63 per hour. You will need to have an in date Enhanced DBS to be placed at this particular location.
Daily duties will include reporting directing to the workflow supervisor and will be responsible for receiving, logging and updating workflow requests whilst ensuring that the operation supports and complies with the Birmingham new hospitals project contract specification. A successful candidate will also plan and dispatch all work that is logged on the helpdesk.
The workflow operator play a crucial role with the hospitals and they will be responsible for the planning and dispatch of all the work that comes through the helpdesk and will be the first point of contact for all customers requesting repairs for any service they provide
You will need to have excellent communication skills, skilled in helpdesk call processing, an effective commutator both written and oral, to plan, prioritise and allocate work, self-disciplined and able to work with own initiative, flexible and adaptable work approach, Maximo rained however training can be provided.
