You will be first point of call for all corporate and retail enquiries dealing with all IT queries these queries can range from general queries to problems with equipment at the retail locations.
Ideally you will have previous 1st Line Technical Support experience and be able to work shifts between the hours of 7.00am and 1.00am, 365 days including weekends and bank holidays.
Own transport is essential due to the nature of the hours.
