Salary £23000 - £25000 per annum Sector Professional & Admin
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Help Desk Operator in Central London.

Duties will include:

- managing CAFM system in relation to PPM's and reactive work
- coordinating maintenance works
- issuing works according to the help desk system
- communicating jobs with engineers and contractors
- answering calls and emails in relation to help desk queries
- monitoring responses
- controlling administration of sub-contractors and suppliers
- welcoming visitors
- preparing any required reports
- providing administrative support


The candidate will have:

- previous experience as a help desk operative within facilities/building services
- experience with Concept system
- good IT skills
- experience with SLA's and KPI's monitoring
- good customer service skills
- good communication skills


Due to the nature of this role the person will have to go through security clearance and therefore must be a British national.
