Salary: Negotiable
Location: Lewes, East Sussex
Contracted Hours: Full or Part-time (11, 22, 33 or 44 hours)
Shift Pattern: Days or Nights

Requirements (Coronavirus) – If offered employment, you must produce evidence that you have either commenced or completed the vaccination programme. If not, you must agree to have both vaccinations before your start date. All staff need to be fully vaccinated by Thursday 11th November 2021 or prove medical exemption.

*All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK.*

This is a family-run business providing person-centred residential and nursing care across Surry and Sussex. This is a residential care home situated in the delightful village of Ringmer, East Sussex. It offers 24-hour care for all 30 residents. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be involved in supporting the daily activities of the residents in a person-centred manner, promoting their dignity, Independence, and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives. You will be joining a settled and supportive team who will always provide support for you. You will be working as part of a team and your key responsibilities include providing care to Residents and ensuring they retain their dignity and individuality.

You will be provided with a structured and thorough induction programmed which will include various training courses. All nurses will also have access to clear and structured development programmes where you can see clear pathways to progression within the care home/company. You will also be given to opportunity to access training opportunities to develop and enhance your nursing skills – receiving ongoing support from your manager.
