We are looking for a highly motivated Health and Social Care trainer assessor to work on a part time, permanent basis.
We are looking for candidates that have vast experience within the Health sector to help the college deliver outstanding teaching and learning on courses across a range of levels from level 2 to level 5.
The successful candidate will be required to carry out group delivery and workplace assessments, for apprentices working towards the Health and Social Care standards. This includes carrying out reviews and setting action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and the delivery of Functional skills. The role will also include IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College's offer in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.
* To train and assess from level 2 to level 5
* To develop and deliver best practice in learning, teaching and assessment
* Hold a recognised assessing qualification (or be willing to work towards during your employment)
* Hold a minimum degree level qualification in Health and Social Care or a related subject.
* Have previous assessing/training experience
