Job Description

Role: HCPC/NMC Registered – Disability Analyst
Location: Stirling
Salary: £32,000 to £34,000 pa, Full and Part Time roles available.
Company: Independent Assessment Services
Clinical Staff groups:

NMC Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
HCPC Registered Physiotherapist
HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist (OT)
HCPC Registered Paramedic 
Government legislation requires the Individual to have at least 18 months post qualification work experience.
Applicants do not now need driving licences to do these roles.

Role overview:

Conducting thorough and consultative functional assessments on behalf of people who are living with a long-term health condition and/or disability (currently remotely due to Covid-19).
Following training, you will have the opportunity to cross train in complex cases, different processes for a PIP claim, or the potential to train in remote assessments and paper-based reviews.
Ensuring that your part in the assessment process is positive, dignified and professional
produce excellent written reports on the conditions presented to help the Department for Work and Pensions to make an informed decision around an individual’s entitlement to the benefit
