Head Waiter – Up to £24,000 – Exeter – Boutique Hotel - Staff accommodation available

Our client is a magnificent boutique hotel based in the Exeter area.  With its 2 AA rosette restaurant it offers the finest ingredients from locally sourced companies in the West Country.  They are recruiting at this time a Head Waiter/Waitress to oversee operation in its 2 AA rosette restaurant and drive the already successful reputation it already has.


The Head Waiter will be responsible for…

•             The preparation of the dining area is to the required standard

•             Ensure relationships between front and back of house are on par to execute a fantastic service

•             Assist the Food and Beverage manage in day to day duties

•             Lead service in the absence of the manager to the required standard

•             Checking stock levels and ordering supplies and restocking where necessary


The successful Head Waiter will …

•             Proven record as a strong team leader

•             Have an eye for detail

•             Possess a strong knowledge of wines and cheeses and rosette standard food

•             have an ability to supervise team members, ensuring 5* standards are delivered

•             Previous experience in a similar environment

•             Have excellent communication skills

•             Be determined to create a memorable guest experience


Package Description

•                    Up to £24,000 per Annum

•                    Complimentary meals whilst on duty

•                    Staff accommodation available
