Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
About this role
The Head of Support is the crucial human face of our product to our customers. You will work closely with the Head of Commercial and the Head of Operations to ensure that our customers receive a first-class experience from the moment they sign up.
The role will involve managing the support team, from recruitment through to mentoring. In addition, the role involves oversight of Data Protection issues arising from handling sensitive customer data.
At heart, you are a people person - endlessly empathetic, non-judgmental and ready to help. But whilst you have a warm heart, you have a cool head. You can manage a team under pressure, allocating resource quickly and seamlessly towards where it is needed. You excel at internal communication between different teams, prioritising feedback and escalate issues appropriately. You are comfortable and familiar with the processes of software development, understanding how to pass and take feedback to and from developments teams and translate this into useful information for a customer.
You can take and give 'no' for an answer, whilst always making sure that customers feel listened to and appreciated. You are also au fait with the requirements of the GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, and you make sure that your team uphold their commitments to data protection.
