As the Head of Sales reporting into the VP of Sales for Europe of the business you will be responsible for joining a Multi-Million Pound organisation, focusing on managing sales activities, sales budgets and the sales team.

Up to £90,000 Basic + Package

Key Responsibilities:
o Providing leadership to the sales team and to achieve the set out budget
o Develop new business and maintain existing accounts
o Support with Operations and Planning with on-demand planning and the forecasting cycle, integrating sales strategy
o Providing regular updates on what opportunities exist and what requirements are needed to grow a business
o Able to understand, draft and negotiate complex contracts including Technical, Commercial and Financial documents
o Strong budgetary and forecasting input whilst focussing on margins, costs & pricing
o Proven ability to influence senior management on direction of sales, commercial and business issues
o Ensure accounts are visited regularly by sales teams and ensure all senior level reviews are completed

Qualifications and Aptitudes:
To be successful in this role you will already have experience working in a similar position of a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Director or a Business Development Manager and will see this a tremendous opportunity to establish yourself and grow your own career within this Multi Million Pound organisation.
Further more your experience will encompass some of the following key metrics;
o Must Have an experience selling into the Aerospace Industry (Rolls Royce, Boeing, Airbus to name a few)
o Must have managed a sales team
o Background in Aerospace Metals
o Proven experience in winning multi million pound contracts
o Must be comfortable travelling across the UK with the occasional overseas visit
