Head of Customer Service / Head of Operations / Customer Service Manager

£40,000 to £52,000 per annum plus benefits

Commutable from Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch

We are looking for seasoned department head within Customer Service / Operations for a FCA regulated Call Centre operation in the heart of Bournemouth.

This Head of Customer Service / Head of Operations will be an experienced team manager who is able to manage multiple personalities and drive performance and efficiency in the Customer Service team in a positive, feel good way. This will include 1-2-1’s and appraisals.

The Head of Customer Service / Head of Operations will manage escalated complaints both directly with the customer or FCA and Financial Ombudsman, budgets and departmental reporting (strong excel skills needed).

Ideally the Head of Customer Service / Head of Operations will come from an Insurance background and be familiar with the claims management process.

You will work for a marketing leading company at the forefront of their sector which has seen a significant level of growth due to Covid-19. It is a fun department and Customer Care is at the heart of what they do. The role will be to drive performance and efficiency through closely managing the team and department.
