Land Training - PEQF
The Head of Business Improvement role is based within our PEQF business area.
The role
The difference our new Head of Business Improvement will make
As a Head of Business Improvement, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will be driving forward future contract developments, initiatives, and MPS growth opportunities. You will also be working with the wider team to develop high level solutions to opportunities and identify potential growth across the contract and broader Police sector.

Essential experience:
Previous leadership and management experience
A detailed understanding of the training / apprenticeship market and delivery
Previous experience in the Police Sector (e.g. Police Service or College of Policing)
Developing innovative teaching and learning solutions and strategies
Experience in the development and implementation of business solutions to support and enhance programme delivery
Desirable:
Industry related qualifications such as Degree, HND, or NVQs or equivalent
Security Clearance - NPPV2
