HEAD CHEF - INDEPENDENT HOTEL - FLEET
Recruiting a passionate Head Chef to join an independent 4 Star, 62 bedroomed Hotel in Hampshire based in fleet.
The Hotel boasts 2 Restaurants, Bar and a Terrace and offers a range of dining experiences, it has gained a reputation in its own right for the finest modern British cuisine in a relaxed and friendly environment. They are very proud of the excellent and inspired kitchen team who create freshly prepared, innovative menus with dishes that feature the best of modern cooking.
You will manager the catering department and work to driving the business forward with your team.
The Hotel not only caters for guests and diners but also Weddings, Conferences as well as evening events, banqueting on average with 120 covers.
- Hands on Chef
- Producing dishes to meet the required standard
- Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
- Develop and train the other chefs
- Managing GPs
- Experience at Sous or Head Chef level
- Multi-outlet experience
- Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent
- Passionate about food
