Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Graphics and Packaging Admin Coordinator to support our client on a temporary based in Malmesbury. This will be a full-time role, offering an immediate start. Pay rate is up to £200 per day, PAYE per hour equivalent.
Key Responsibilities
* Overall administrative support for the product Graphics and Packaging (G&P) team
* Coordinating any revisions and updates, ensuring artwork changes are documented and traceable, supporting G&P Project Manager and Associate Project Manager in delivering graphics on cost, on spec and on time for each project.
* Supporting G&P Associate Project Manager in preparation and scoping of on-product graphics materials
* Checking information though part management systems, consolidating materials where appropriate to reduce waste, complexity and duplication.
* Preparation of product brief sheets, documenting packaging, labels and leaflets required
* Coordinate and document requirements
* Historic cross reference through database
* Liaise with G&P team to assist where possible in conjunction with other duties
Ideal Candidate
* Degree in relevant discipline (Graphics, Design, Project management) or equivalent experience preferable, but not essential
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
* Customer Service / Administration background
* Driven to manage own workload, prioritising tasks
* Suitable for someone who is driven to work independently, managing workload as it comes in
* Great opportunity for someone looking to progress into a Project Management career path
* Available for duration of assignment 6 months, or 1 year
