Job Description

Our client, based in Crewe Cheshire, is looking to recruit an ambitious IT Graduate into an infrastructure/ developer role. Due to their current increase in demand, they are in food production, they would be looking to start the candidate as soon as possible. You will be required to work onsite with a full Covid-19 risk assessment is in place, the company have put in all recommended measures to ensure the safety of their staff during this pandemic.

You would be joining an organisation that dates back to 1675 with expertise in their specialist field. They currently export to over 60 countries worldwide and use local relationships to develop market-specific products.

Due to them recently bringing their IT systems inhouse they are looking to expand their existing team with this position having a focus on IT infrastructure.

Duties and responsibilities

* Configuration and deployment of PC’s on the corporate network

Maintenance of existing servers this will include :

SQL Server’s

Exchange Server’s

Microsoft 21012 and 2016 servers

*

Exposure to Active directory

*

Exposure to DNS Server

*

Also exposure to Level 3 switches, you will also work towards your CCNA or equivalent

Skills and experience

They are looking for a graduate with a good IT related degree who is looking for a good grounding in computing.

Due to the company moving into an on-line presence experience of working with these technologies would be advantageous
