Job Description

Our client who are a long established manufacturing company are looking for a German New Business/lead Generator to join their team in Central Bristol
You will be working Monday - Thursday 8.45am - 5pm and 8.45am - 2pm on Fridays and receive a salary of £20,000 plus commission with and fantastic incentive scheme, profit share scheme, salary sacrifice pension scheme and free parking you will receive 20 days holiday plus bank hols rising by one day per year after 3 years' service to a maximum of 23 days.
You will aid with developing prospects and new business within Germany Generating appointments for field sales whilst also expanding knowledge of the brand via telephone and email.

Fluent German with excellent written skills is essential and a good standard of Polish or Czech written and spoken is desirable If you don't speak polish please do not worry and still apply !
Responsibilities
o Generating and sourcing new leads, qualifying leads via LinkedIn searches, phone calls and further research to pass to the sales teams. Reporting to the Marketing Manager - CC on qualified leads.
o Research industries that would benefit from the products.
o Using a route mapper application (Badger) to work alongside the sales team in plotting potential lead targets.
o Achieve or exceed quarterly targets.
o Develop ideas for generating new business.
o Work collaboratively with reps to build a quote pipeline and support conversions.
o Support territory Trade Shows.
o Translating mailshots/digital marketing information to reach intended audiences.
Degree Level or equivalent - Languages/business
Experience in similar role - 1 Year preferred
Needs to be sales driven with good social media/digital support skills to maintain a mailing set up and drive leads through all mediums my client currently operates in, niche sector/country specific.
Microsoft Office - Excel and Word Creating PDF's
Fluent German and Polish with excellent written skills in these languages essential, if you only speak German I would still like to hear from you
Skills/Attributes
Great telephone manner and not afraid to pick up the phone.
Great customer service.
Strong listening skills. Experience working with GoldMine or similar CRM, Badger mapping and other tools (not essential as training will be provided). Experience with Adobe Photoshop useful but not essential.
Accuracy, attention to detail, proof reading
Willing/able to travel to Trade Shows
