This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful organization.
The role involves working full time and will be offered on an initial 3 month contract - however may be extended so we would be very interested in candidates who are available on a long term basis. Hours will be from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday and offers a salary of £15,965pa.
Candidates must be fluent in both German and English.
Duties will include:
- Responding to customer calls and emails
- Processing customer information
- Offering advice and guidance
- Updating company systems and processing paperwork
Candidates should have some previous customer service experience and basic IT skills.
