We are looking to recruit a General Manager to work at Glasgow Airport across two executive business lounges. This role will oversee the running and overall management of the lounges, ensuring our customers receive the quality of food and service they expect. We are looking for someone who can provide direction and expertise to the team, driving standards and employee engagement to ensure a highly effective operation.

Up to £30,000 + Bonus + BenefitsMain responsibilities
No two days will be the same in the airport, working across the two lounges we ensure the airlines customers receive a high level of customer service, exceptional food and beverage offers and maximise their overall experience. This role involves working with the Client Lounge Manager, and Sodexo Account Management team, to bring added value to the contract though innovation, pro-activeness and service delivery. Building positive working relationships with airport teams, you will ensure all staff are trained, undertake staff appraisals, maximise customer service through training and create an environment where constant improvement is actively encouraged and recognised. Working with the Sodexo food and beverage development teams you will bring innovation to the food offers and be actively involved in the menu workshops. In addition you will complete reports, adhere to financial targets and complete all relevant health and safety and food safety documentation.Ideal candidate
- Experience in providing quality in customer service and product.
