We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to assist within a busy working Environment as an Administrator. This position is ideally for someone that has worked within a HR role previously who's looking to expand their working experiences

Working for a leading company based in Aldridge, this position would suit someone who's able to commit with an immediate start

Daily responsibilities:
• Liaising with New starters and ensuring all is set for their first days of employment
• Sending out contracts to new employee and the on boarding processes
• Inputting on sensitive data onto spreadsheets when required
• Collating various information on reports for management when required
• Dealing with all incoming telephone calls and enquires
• General administration duties, scanning documents into the database when required attaching to candidate's profiles and then filing away when required
Prepare interview and offer letters

Working hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm

Salary: £16,000 - £18,500
