You will be working on a shift rotation which may include some weekends.
- Maintain customer safety, security and respond positively to all customer enquires.
- Maintain a high profile and be present at the gate line at all times whilst on duty.
- Identify potential hazards within your working environment and take ownership and responsibility.
- Operate the wide-aisle gate, as per set procedures and direct ticket less customers to sales office.
- Maintain professional appearance of the gate line making sure the area is kept litter and dirt free, with customer walkways being kept clear without obstruction.
