This role would suit someone who has recently graduated with a degree in marketing or business, and is looking for an opportunity to put their knowledge into practice. An interest in psychology or science would be a bonus too. We're on the lookout for a candidate with:

An interest in marketing and keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends
Strong team-working skills
Can-do attitude who likes to get stuck in and try their hand at new tasks
Ability to plan ahead and manage their time accordingly
Good people / communication skills

Day-to-day you will support the Marketing team in delivering a programme of online marketing activities including email, website updates, social media and direct marketing.

Task and responsibilities:
  • Developing and delivering engaging email campaigns
  • Support SEO and PPC campaigns to generate leads using tools such as Google AdWords
  • Contribute to high quality marketing campaigns including newsletters, promotions, and product updates
  • Assist in the design and creation of new sales and marketing materials
  • Promote across our social media platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Working with the website CMS to update our online presence
  • Monitor online initiatives and measure campaign success using tools such as Google Analytics
Skills and requirements:
  • Relevant degree or professional qualification in marketing (e.g. CIM diploma or certificate in professional marketing) 
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Understanding of email marketing and website CMS
  • Understanding of SEO and Pay Per Click (AdWords)
  • Experience of using image editing tools e.g. Photoshop
  • A basic understanding of psychology would be beneficial but not essential
