French Customer Experience Specialist- Warrington
£20,000 Per Annum
12 month fixed term contract initially
What we are looking for?
We are currently recruiting for ambitious and driven Multilingual Advisors with Fluent English both written and verbal and a native level of French

You will be responsible for providing outstanding levels of customer service to exclusive blue-chip organisations predominantly via inbound interactions via telephone email and social media channels. Responsibilities;
·You will be corresponding with customers via telephone, web chat, social media and email in both English and your native language.
·Take ownership for both inbound and outbound calls including written communications where needed.
·Utilise diagnostic tools to resolve technical queries
·Deliver exceptional customer service within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
·Ensure customer queries are handled with a first-time resolution in mind, acting effectively upon the requests of the customer always.
·Identify areas of improvement to meet and exceed customer needs.
·Identify opportunities to upsell products to customers both new and existing products.
Experience Required:
·Circa 1- 2 years’ experience within Customer Service
·C1/C2 Level language skills in English and C1/C2 / Native French language skills
·Excellent time management skills
·Ability to provide outstanding levels of customer service at all times.
·Ability to work and adhere to SLA’s
