Salary will be £18,000 - £20,000 plus Bonus
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
You will work in a lovely clean office with a Starbucks on site, and after work you could always pop down to the gym which is also within the building.
Do not worry about how you are going to get to work every day as there is a free shuttle service from various stops around the centre which will take you to the office and also bring you back, if you drive there is lots of residential parking.
You will receive fantastic benefits and also have the opportunity to join the company share plan scheme.
You will be starting asap - no leave can be take in the first 4 weeks of training.
" Taking inbound calls (Mon-Fri)
" Dealing with all correspondence
" Using web chat
" Speaking to ex-investors in banks who invested in the late 90's
" Queries about people who invested money, lost money in the stock crash and letting them know what compensation they are entitled to
" Signing up other investors who may be entitled
You will work Monday to Friday 37.5 per week
If you are fluent in French and have a desire to deliver a top notch customer experience and you enjoy talking to customers, there is NO SELLING, you will receive a fantastic training and will be supported by a friendly and experienced Team Leader.
This great permanent job is based in South Bristol so you do not need to worry about the traffic in central Bristol !
