Salary: £21,300 (YR 1 OTE min £26k) + Prestigious Company Car + Commission, Life Assurance and Reward Schemes.

One of the world's leading freight forwarders with over 60,000 employees globally. Due to expansion they currently has a vacancy in their Milton Keynes branch for an experienced Sales Executive (Account Manager).
For the right candidate this role is the next step to an exciting, rewarding career, a combination of new business development and account management, with the emphasis on the BD in the early days whilst you build your portfolio of clients. You will be targeted on revenue bought in to the business through your efforts. You will be based internally with the freedom to visit clients on a weekly basis in order to secure their business. The company provide you with regular new leads to focus your sales calls in the right areas. You will be working in a team of professionals who are supportive, high spirited and motivated, and the training you will receive prepares you for the objectives you will be working towards. This is a demanding fast paced role that will require a real drive to succeed. You will be on a 27 month development plan which will see your basic salary increase to up to £50,000 as you hit each revenue target level. There is no limit or timescale to the progression to high earnings, the more clients you bring on board the quicker you will earn more.
You must have ambition, personality, determination with a 'can do' attitude to join their super branch based in Leicester. With their help you'll be able to put all that energy and drive to great use in an exciting and varied role, doing everything from sourcing leads, profiling customers, closing business through to managing accounts. Starting off, this will be a primarily new business focussed role with a high level of customer service, evolving to an account management role as your client base grows. You'll have monthly targets to work to, which means greater earning potential every time you beat them. Once you join you'll work with a Line Manager to identify your Personal Career Progression Plan, which will guide you forward in your future career.
You will ideally have the following
