Candidates must be a qualified Social Worker and be HCPC registered with a depth of experience in working with looked after children and foster carers. Managerial qualifications will also be desirable.
The ideal candidate will hold strong team leadership skills and be able to create a positive 'can do' environment of high achievement. Candidates will also have the ability to make timely and effective decisions whilst also leading by example.
- Fantastic bonus in place with potential of earning an extra £5000 per annum.
