Offering an excellent salary of up to £25k
Would it be nice to get a £1600 p/a bonus based on performance per annum

The ideal candidate will be well organised a self-starter and be able to work at all levels reporting to the manager but also stake holders.
Manage buying list for allergens and costs
Monitoring supplier relationships with invoices, complaints and Management Information
Project managing the admin process of Menu Cycles
Build and maintain a database to support execution
Support with administrative in relation to sign off of invoices and budgets
Manage the process of pubs converting from L&T to Retail
Monitoring success measures throughout, advising additional implementation support where necessary
Evaluate and track learnings from all food menu related activity
Responsible for invoicing, budget tracking and creation of monthly reports
Diary management and other administrational duties for Head of Food and wider food team where needed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in the key skills below,
• Excellent Communication skills
• Project management
• Experience of the pub or hospitality industry
• Computer literate – intermediate in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Power Point and advanced Excel
• Numerically competent
• Excellent IT Skills
