Blue Arrow Uxbridge are recruiting for Chefs of all levels As the schools begin to reopen we are looking to recruit some DBS cleared chefs

We have a variety of locations that we support in the following areas;
* West Drayton
As a Chef you'll be asked to support with;
> Food Preparation, following meal specs and menu plans
> Delivering Food Service
> Temperature recording
> Cooking a variety of menus
> Awareness of Food Allergens
> supporting clearing down the kitchen as required
> Ad hoc kitchen duties within the kitchen
Working as a Chef you will be asked to demonstrate Food Hygiene knowledge to level 2 - and knowledge for Allergen Awareness. In many of our sites you will be working independently and part of a team.
We supply catering staff to Schools, Staff Canteens, Restaurants, Sports Clubs, Event Venues, Hospitals and Hotels. Previous experience in any of these environments is welcome!
Some of our sites (not all) may require a DBS. If you have a DBS within the last year it may be possible to utilise this straight away.
A DBS is desired but NOT required. As we can support you in obtaining one.
