Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic workshop administrator to work on a Temp to Permanent basis for our client SHB Vehicle Hire, a market leading national vehicle fleet management company. This position will be based at their Heathrow depot.

The Role and Responsibilities;
*To assist the workshop manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the workshop
*Process and maintenance of time sheets and job cards
*Raising of purchase supplies for the workshop
*Scanning and data entry
*Responsible for upkeep of stator Health and Safety records
*Print out service schedules for the technicians

The successful candidate will have the required skills;
*IT skills, including Microsoft packages Word, Excel
*Excellent attention to detail
*A professional approach
*Have a great telephone manner and excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to work well as a team, and also on their own when required

Additional details
*Training available to enhance skill sets
*40 hr week basic
*Company pension scheme
*Shift: Days only
*Depot open 0600-1800 Mon/Fri Sat 0600/noon
