We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fleet Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Aldridge. This exciting opportunity who are looking to invest in the right candidate to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis, with a view for an immediate start

The purpose of the role is to support the Compliance team with all aspects of the daily duties to enable smooth running and efficiently of the business

Duties include:
• Obtaining driving licences details and checking all details are aligned with regulations
• Confirmation of insurance documents are valid and when due for re-newel then chasing staff
• Chasing outstanding details if required and ensuring all drivers are compliant before carrying out workload
• Matching data to correct drivers files, via scanning documents into the systems, then filing them away correctly
• Producing weekly reports and organising data to ensure smooth running of the workload
• Completing general administration duties as and when required
• Maintaining relationships with key clients and following up when any requested instructions

For the Fleet Administrator you will need to have:
• An excellent telephone manner
• The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment where work must be tightly prioritised
• Excellent eye for detail
• Experience of working in an logistics environment would be an advantage

The hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Salary: £8:50 per hour, can be flexible dependant on previous experience
