Marine Resources are working with a well established, reputable shipping organisation to recruit for an Finance/Office Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to manage the complete finance, auditing and purchase ledger functions. As well as Office Support to a strong committed sales and management team.

Aspects of the role will include;
  • Monthly Payroll via 3rd party payroll company.
  • Monthly & Adhoc reporting/ Management accounts and completion of annual accounts up to audit level.
  • Expenses processing
  • 200+ invoice processing in several currencies
  • Smooth running of office facilities, alarms, maintenance of equipment, stationery, cars, etc
  • Management support such as sales, variance reports, profitability analysis and other ad hoc information

The role requires the following qualifications;
  • AAT or QBE

An Understanding of European VAT rules is essential
