This is a rare opportunity to manage the complete finance, auditing and purchase ledger functions. As well as Office Support to a strong committed sales and management team.
Aspects of the role will include;
- Monthly Payroll via 3rd party payroll company.
- Monthly & Adhoc reporting/ Management accounts and completion of annual accounts up to audit level.
- Expenses processing
- 200+ invoice processing in several currencies
- Smooth running of office facilities, alarms, maintenance of equipment, stationery, cars, etc
- Management support such as sales, variance reports, profitability analysis and other ad hoc information
The role requires the following qualifications;
- AAT or QBE
An Understanding of European VAT rules is essential
