An extremely successful international law firm, are looking for a Finance Revenue Assistant to join their team in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes.
You will be working Monday - Friday full time hours 09.30 - 5.30 pm & receive a salary circa £20,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience) + amazing benefits.

A key role assisting in the revenue team assisting in the drive to deliver a more proactive billing and support service to Partners through the combined WIP management and billing service.
Involvement in various aspects of the working capital cycle including revenue assistance, credit control, bill production and dispatch and data integrity and capture. Reporting to the Revenue Team Leader, your key responsibilities will include:
- Data integrity, Billing - assisting with the preparation and distribution of billing guides to fee earners and secretaries in accordance with agreed service standards. Editing of time entries and disbursements including write-offs, cancellation of preparing credit notes where necessary.
- Ebilling ensuring set up and maintenance of data for e-billed clients, submit bills to ebilling vendor systems
- Bill dispatch - collation of details necessary for finance central dispatch and e-billing, prepare and send bills in line with agreed procedure, maintain necessary log and tracking of invoices
- Credit Control - providing support to the core credit control team where needed, analyse market breakdown and calculate correct proportions due by insurer
Experience in a finance function gained in professional services, ideally a law firm.
Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing preferred. Confident manner and personal impact to command the respect of partners, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, a flexible approach and ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative.
High PC literacy with strong systems skills, particularly Excel and Aderant Expert (advantageous).
