Finance Coordinator
Pertemps Salisbury are currently recruiting for a Finance Coordinator based on the outskirts of Salisbury (SP5).
  • Full Time
  • Permanent
  • Monday - Friday 09.00am - 17.30pm
  • Own transport required due to location

The Job
The successful Finance Coordinator will be responsible for:
  • Processing customer invoices
  • Managing customer purchase orders to ensure prompt payment of invoices
  • Reconciling supplier statements and raising invoices
  • Dealing with employee and contractor expense claims
  • Reconciling paperwork for quarterly VAT returns
  • Answering the telephone and ordering office supplies

Requirements
The Finance Coordinator will have:
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and accurate keying skills
  • Computer literate and proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Organised, able to multi task with changing priorities and use own initiative
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
